There are situations when either the tutor or the student may feel aggrieved. In such situations, the tutor may quit the job, or the student may abruptly end the job. In such a situation, either party can raise a dispute complaint.

In case of a dispute, either the student or the tutor can escalate it to Nerddais. We will reach out to both parties to get a clear picture of why the dispute occurred. Both parties should share any information not in our knowledge that may enhance the dispute resolution.

Nerddais will take up-to 7 business days to arbitrate and come up with a final resolution between the parties.
